Chapin Living Waters Foundation, Inc. –What is it?

A foundation established to help needy people around the world grow more food with drip irrigation.

Chapin Living Waters Foundation was started by Richard

Chapin as a program to supply people around the world with a system of bucket kits, designed by him, to help grow more food by using the available water in a more efficient way.

Connection to Lee Church Congregational – Initially funded by a percentage of plant sale receipts - gradually reduced due to overall budget needs. Recently, it has become one of the many needs supported by LCC Missions Committee through donations from patrons of the LCC Plant Sale.

At this years’ Plant Sale, the Missions Committee will have a demonstration of the Chapin Living Waters System and informational displays to show how it helps people around the world overcome drought, poverty and starvation. Join us in trying to follow Jesus’ teaching to share what we have with those who are less fortunate.
